At the same time, be responsible for the results of the digital review of existing records and documents of the unit to ensure that the budget estimate is not duplicated, the budget is arranged appropriately, and the regulations are met. Records and documents after digitization are updated to the province's Electronic Archive.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to direct the Information Technology - Communications Center to organize the operation of the province's shared electronic archive system to ensure stability, smoothness, and meet the requirements of digitization and management of digitized archives.
Guide agencies, units, and localities to integrate records and documents into the system (Shared Archive) of the province. Ensure network information security, protect and secure digital data according to regulations.
