On May 29, the inspection delegation of the Central Military Commission's Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy Regulations led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy Regulations, inspected and grasped the results of the development and implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the Party Committee of Army Officer School 1.
The inspection delegation included Major General Ngo Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Mass Mobilization, Standing Member of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Head of the inspection delegation; Colonel Vu Hai Dang, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense; representatives of the Department of Finance, representatives of functional agencies of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
From January 2022 to present, the Party Committee, Board of Directors and agencies and units of Army Officer School 1 have proactively overcome difficulties, united, closely followed reality and task requirements, deployed and comprehensively completed educational and training tasks and well implemented the Grassroots Democracy Regulations.

In leading and directing the development and implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, the School Party Committee has issued 5 resolutions and thematic conclusions; 1 working regulation of the Party Committee, 1 working regulation of the Inspection Committee and 10 regulations on leadership of all aspects of work; organized 5 training courses for 2,400 cadres and party members on the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations. Democratic dialogue activities at all levels have maintained a systematic and scientific manner according to decentralization, from developing dialogue plans, assigning cadres to preside over and functional agencies to attend, and announcing the content of responses to opinions and recommendations of soldiers and students (from 2022 to present, the School Board has organized 60 sessions; commanders at all levels have organized 612 democratic dialogue sessions. Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau commended and congratulated the school for its achievements and results in the recent past. At the same time, he requested that the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the school Party Committee pay attention to leading and directing Party committees at all levels to thoroughly overcome the limitations and shortcomings that the Inspection Delegation of the Minister of National Defense and the Inspection Delegation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the Central Military Commission had pointed out.
At the same time, pay attention to and implement well the regulations and rules of the Party Committee and commanders, in conjunction with strengthening close contact with the base, leading, directing, educating, managing ideological discipline and military relations.
