Gia Lai dry pho is also known as “two bowl pho” because it includes 1 bowl of dry pho and 1 bowl of accompanying broth. Although it is called pho, the way it is served and the noodles of this dish are different from most regular bowls of pho.

Pho noodles are made from ground rice flour. This is a special type of pho that can only be found in Gia Lai. The pho noodles are round and thin, not soft and flat like regular pho. When boiled, they are chewy and fragrant, not mushy.

From early morning, the restaurant was packed with diners. More than 20 employees were busy, constantly serving customers coming and going.
