The contest aims to evaluate the level, capacity of exploitation, use, quality of preservation, maintenance, repair, synchronization, and storage of motorbike equipment; the regularity of motorbike technical work of agencies and units in the Military Region. Thereby, it aims to improve the professional skills of military car drivers and the awareness of soldiers in complying with the Road Traffic Law; create unity in the organization of motorbike technical work; improve the quality, synchronization of technical equipment, management level, exploitation, use and the ability to ensure motorbike technical work at the grassroots unit.

The jury evaluated the technical innovation initiative of Brigade 168.

During 1 week, 4 teams from Brigades: 168, 604, 297, 543 will participate in 2 competitions (good car competition and good driving competition), focusing on 5 contents: Good car; motorbike technical area, technical day activities, technical innovation initiatives; professional awareness; theory of legal documents on road traffic safety and practice of good driving competition.

Speaking at the competition, Major General Tran Anh Du, Deputy Commander of Military Region 2, requested the Organizing Committee and the Jury to direct and operate the competition seriously, closely, accurately and objectively; maintain strict discipline during the competition, ensuring absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment. For the participating units, it is necessary to uphold the spirit of solidarity, honesty, and maximize the strengths and capabilities of officers and soldiers. After the competition, promptly draw lessons from the shortcomings, continue to research and study to improve professional qualifications, and strive to participate in the military competition to achieve the highest results.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the jury organized the scoring of the good driving test at Brigade 168; then, continued to mobile scoring at the remaining 3 units. The good driving test was organized centrally at the car driving training ground of Workshop X78, Technical Department of Military Region 2.
