On the evening of June 22, the Organizing Committee of Miss World Vietnam held a press conference to present the sash for Miss World 2024 to Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi and announced the schedule for the Mr World Vietnam 2024 contest.

Miss Ý Nhi received the sash representing Vietnam at the 72nd Miss World contest from Krystyna Pyszková - the reigning Miss World. At the event, the beauty from Binh Dinh shared in English to the public. Ý Nhi's use of English in her speech showed her efforts in preparing her skills when participating in international beauty contests. However, due to her emotions, Ý Nhi could not keep her composure while speaking. Her voice was shaky and lacked strength.

“Being able to represent Vietnam at the 72nd Miss World is the greatest honor I have ever had in my life. I would like to thank my parents and the Miss World Vietnam organization for always being there through thick and thin, believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue writing the journey of Vietnamese beauty on the world map.

I also thank the audience for their love and support over the past time. I will try my best in the competition, hoping everyone will continue to follow my upcoming projects," Miss Ý Nhi emotionally shared.

Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi is officially the representative of Vietnam to attend the 72nd Miss World.

At the event, the Mr World Vietnam 2024 contestants had their first "debut" when gathering in Ho Chi Minh City after officially entering the common house a few days ago.

The Mr World Vietnam 2024 contest will last from June 20 to July 13, with many exciting activities going through many provinces and cities. Candidates must go through many competitions such as: Head to Head Challenge, Talent, Charity Project, Fashion Show... The winner of the contest will represent Vietnam to attend Mr World 2024 held in September. The competitions of Mr World Vietnam will also follow the format of the international competition.

According to the Organizing Committee, Mr. World 2024 in Vietnam will take place for 18 days, from September 12 to September 29, with exciting competitions and activities such as: Talent King, Head to head Challenge, Sports King, Top Model, Body painting photography ... The contest is expected to go through many locations such as Phan Thiet City, Vung Tau City, Nam Cat Tien National Park.
