Social security activities (SS) have been a matter of special concern to the Government and the State recently with many priority policies and guidelines (Resolution 28, Project 06 on national digital transformation, etc.), aiming to ensure the maintenance of the national social security net. Recognizing this issue, PVcomBank has proactively connected and coordinated with reputable partners such as Vietnam Post, Vietnam Social Security, Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06), etc. to deploy many suitable banking products and services, bringing convenience and increasing the value of customer experience.

Accordingly, the comprehensive financial solution package that PVcomBank provides is relatively diverse in terms of products, from payment accounts (TKTT), cash services to credit packages. Specifically, when people register to benefit from the social security policy through PVcomBank's TKTT, they will be exempted from account opening fees, minimum balance maintenance fees and monthly account management fees, card issuance fees, cash deposits and withdrawals.

In addition, thanks to the connection of the social security collection and payment system between Vietnam Post and PVcomBank, customers can also flexibly withdraw money from PVcomBank accounts at a nationwide network, including 13,000 public service points, 78 provincial/municipal post offices, 750 level 2 post offices and nearly 1,800 level 3 post offices nationwide.

This not only contributes to making people's transactions more convenient through Vietnam Post's payment activities at transaction points in remote areas (without ATM network and banking transaction system), but is also an opportunity for PVcomBank to successfully implement the non-cash payment policy according to the direction of the Government and Project 06 on national digital transformation.

On the basis of implementing the social security credit package since the beginning of 2024 to support employees to participate and maintain in the social security network, PVcomBank also deployed additional preferential retirement loan products and salary advance products for retired customers (interest-free incentives), thereby creating conditions for retirees to easily access appropriate sources of money to meet their needs.

Recently, in an effort to expand new solutions to serve the social security customer segment more effectively, PVcomBank has also coordinated with C06 and the Center for Research and Application of Population Data and Citizen Identification (RAR) to successfully deploy the service of linking accounts to receive social security payments on the VNeID application. PVcomBank is one of the first commercial banks to implement this solution, helping people easily link their bank accounts right on VNeID to receive subsidies from social security policies such as pensions, subsidies for people with meritorious services, social security, unemployment benefits, etc.

PVcomBank successfully deployed the service of linking accounts to receive social security payments on the VNeID application.

In the coming time, the Bank plans to continue to actively coordinate with the RAR Center to deploy more utilities and services on the VNeID platform, providing people with superior and convenient financial solutions, while contributing to promoting the Government's Project 06 on developing non-cash payments in social security payments.
