The new Pluxee brand will better support businesses in the face of workplace changes and help every employee feel cared for and valued as well as drive growth, by creating more value for all stakeholders.
This move by Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services is seen as a preparation step for the separation and listing as previously announced, on April 5, 2023. On the other hand, this business has the ambition to provide maximum support to increase the employee experience of partner/customer businesses globally.
Pluxee has launched a strategic plan to 2025 with 3 main focuses: Strengthening core activities including the meal and food business, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs); Expanding solutions related to health, gifts, travel and other solutions to increase purchasing power and engagement with employees; Helping customers' employees to access Pluxee services more easily through a single digital platform.
To achieve these goals, Pluxee will invest 10% of its revenue in technology between now and 2025.
