Phu Tho has proactively allocated capital early and focused more on investment preparation, especially on site clearance to implement projects. Of the total disbursed public investment capital, central budget capital reached 22.4% (370.9/1,659.3 billion VND), local budget capital reached 38.8% (903.2/2,328.2 billion VND)... Notably, immediately after the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024 on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to implement national target programs (NTPs), the Provincial People's Committee has researched and organized effective implementation, thanks to which the disbursement of NTPs has been significantly improved.
