Ukraine's contrasting form

The 2024 World Cup futsal schedule in the second round of Groups C and D received attention when in the first round, the teams created a rain of goals. In the first match, the Ukrainian futsal team lost 1-7 to Argentina. However, when meeting Libya in the second match, Ukraine surprised by beating their opponent 7-2 to light up the hope of advancing.

In the remaining match of Group C, Argentina's futsal team won 2-1 over Afghanistan, thereby officially entering the round of 16. With this defeat, Afghanistan has the same 3 points as Ukraine but has a better goal difference. The match between the two teams in the last round is considered the "final" of Group C.

Meanwhile, in Group D, the Spanish futsal team showed their true strength after a draw in the first match. Spain took the initiative to attack to win a resounding 7-1 victory against New Zealand. In the remaining match, Kazakhstan beat Libya with a score of 4-1.

Thus, the situation in Group D is relatively more unpredictable than Group C when there are 3 teams competing for a ticket to the group stage. Spain and Kazakhstan both have 4 points, while Libya has 3 points.
