On October 8, 2024, at the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace, Hanoi, Deputy General Director Nguyen Phuong Anh was honored to be "Commended as a typical advanced person, good person, good deed" and honored as "Outstanding Capital Citizen" in 2024.
The event was attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, along with senior leaders such as Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan.
