The total investment is nearly 1,300 billion VND, the investment capital is supported by the central budget and the provincial budget, the implementation period is until the end of 2025. The project started on November 25, 2020, to date the project has completed about 80% of the contract volume, of which the 17 km long section 1 connecting National Highway 1 - Ham My commune to Tien Thanh roundabout has been completed. The 8.6 km long section 2 is still under construction.
