On the morning of March 16 (local time), Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation arrived at Heathrow International Airport, London, to begin a visit and work in three European countries: the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Federal Republic of Germany.

According to the schedule of the visit and work in the UK from March 16 to 19, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh will have meetings, contacts and exchanges with UK leaders and leaders of some ministries, localities, and financial institutions of the UK; attend seminars on building and developing an international financial center, promoting and attracting investment; meet with representatives of the Association of Vietnamese Intellectuals in the UK; visit the Embassy and meet with staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK; visit the London Stock Exchange; visit and work at some UK educational and training institutions;...

The visit and working session of the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister to 3 European countries aims to promote bilateral cooperation with countries and partners, organizations in the fields of economics, trade, investment, banking, construction and development of regional and international financial centers in Vietnam. One of the important contents is to learn from the experiences of other countries, promote cooperation in construction, operation and development of financial centers.
The delegation of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh included leaders of the Government Office, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Public Security, Finance, Justice, the State Bank of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang; the Vietnamese Ambassador to the UK, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany and the Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg.
