Specifically, TBI Institute has supported the Ministry of Planning and Investment (now supporting the Ministry of Finance) in a number of key areas including: Developing a status report and strategy to attract and promote high-quality foreign investment in the electronics sector and researching the model of international and regional financial centers to serve the process of building and implementing the International Financial Center Project in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh thanked Mr. Tony Blair for his practical contributions to fostering and developing the good cooperative relationship in all fields between Vietnam and the UK during his time as British Prime Minister.

Mr. Tony Blair himself, as well as TBI, has cooperated and effectively supported Vietnam's ministries and functional agencies in the economic field, as well as tasks related to the process of building and implementing the International and Regional Financial Center Project in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
