Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen proposed that the Board of Directors approve the dismissal of the position of Permanent Vice Chairman from September 29, and immediately carry out the procedure to convene a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to approve the dismissal of Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen from the position of member of the Board of Directors of FLC.

Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen (1978) is a Doctor of Economic Law. She was first appointed as Deputy General Director of FLC in March 2017. In mid-July last year, she resigned from the position of Deputy General Director.
