Taking place over 1.5 days, nearly 100 trainees were introduced by the speakers, who are the Director of the Department of Standards and the Director of the Department of Conformity and Regulation Assessment (General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality). They gave an overview of the role and current status of state management of standards, technical regulations, and product and goods quality.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi - Director of the Department of Standards, in recent years, more than 80% of the value/volume of international transactions have been affected by standards. Good implementation of standards and technical regulations will create conditions for businesses to integrate with the international market, ensuring sustainable development.
