Voters of Sam Son City expressed their joy and excitement with the results achieved by the province in the first 10 months of 2024, and their trust in the leadership, direction and management of the Party Committee and government, and the key solutions and tasks set forth by the province in 2025. In the spirit of democracy and frankness, voters of Quang Chau ward request competent authorities to speed up the construction progress of the Coastal Road project through Quang Chau ward to facilitate trade. All levels and sectors should pay attention to investing in upgrading and hardening the dike surface and dike roof of Thong Nhat river to ensure safety for people during the rainy and flood season. Consider having a regime for non-professional staff to take leave according to Resolution No. 31 of the Provincial People's Council. Consider having a mechanism to support funding for households donating land for road construction according to Directive 24-CT/TU, dated July 12, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Voters of Quang Hung commune hope to have a mechanism to support investment in building drainage ditch systems in residential areas in the area and installing traffic lights at intersections on Duyen Hai road. Voters of Bac Son ward request that competent agencies review and clarify the land use of organizations and enterprises to allocate and lease land for the right purpose. Authorities should soon issue detailed instructions to implement the Land Law to resolve people's problems.

Voters of Quang Tien ward petitioned that the section from Ky Uc street in Phuc Duc residential group, Quang Tien ward to Quang Cu ward has not been implemented for nearly 10 years, causing households in the project area to be unable to complete procedures for separating land use rights as well as applying for permits to build houses, while many households are having to use temporary and degraded houses.
Voters of Quang Cu ward requested the Provincial People's Committee and the City People's Committee to review projects in the city to have plans to inspect, urge progress and resolutely reclaim projects that are behind schedule to overcome the situation of "suspended planning", "suspended projects" leaving land abandoned, causing waste of resources and affecting people's lives...
At the meeting, Chairman of Sam Son City People's Committee Le Van Tu received and explained issues of concern and reflection to voters of the city within his authority.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also analyzed and clarified a number of contents that the people of Sam Son City were interested in and made recommendations to all levels and sectors in the province. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Tuan Sinh requested the Party Committee and the authorities of Sam Son City to absorb the opinions and recommendations of the voters and focus on directing the final resolution of issues within their authority.
For proposals and recommendations beyond its authority, the Provincial People's Council Delegation will receive and synthesize them to report to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and sending to relevant provincial departments for resolution according to regulations.
