Approval of planning for social housing and worker housing project worth over a trillion VND in Kim Bang district

The Department of Construction of Ha Nam province has just approved the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the investment project to build social housing and workers' housing in Le Ho commune (Kim Bang district). The project has a planning area of ​​over 12 hectares, with a total estimated investment of about 1,023 billion VND.

The project's objective is to form a concentrated worker housing and social housing area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, combined with residential area renovation to meet the housing needs of workers, laborers, and beneficiaries of social housing policies in Ha Nam province. Gradually concretize the Kim Bang Urban Development Master Plan to 2030, with a vision to 2050, and the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of the Northern Industrial, Urban, and Service Zone (PK3) under the Kim Bang Urban Master Plan.

The planning organization is the Joint Venture of Flamingo Hai Tien Company Limited and Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company and will be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of the information, content, data, and other related contents in the project submitted for appraisal and approval.

Enterprises must organize the preparation and submission of appraisal documents for landmark planting according to regulations, coordinate with the People's Committee of Kim Bang district, the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province and relevant units to organize the public announcement of detailed planning, implement the planning, and comply with regulations.

Kim Bang District People's Committee will preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Joint Venture of Flamingo Hai Tien Company Limited and Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company, and relevant units to organize the public announcement of the approved detailed planning project according to regulations, inspect and supervise construction according to the planning, and handle cases of illegal construction according to authority and regulations of law.

In a related development, recently the People's Committee of Ha Nam province also announced a list of investment projects to build workers' housing and social housing in the communes of Dong Hoa, Nhat Tan, and Dai Cuong (Kim Bang district).

The project investment objective is to form and build new social housing areas and complete workers' housing including technical infrastructure systems; meeting the needs of workers in industrial parks and beneficiaries of social housing support policies in Ha Nam province.

The total investment capital of this project is nearly 878.5 billion VND. The land use area is nearly 5.1 hectares, and the current status is not yet cleared.

The scale of the project is a cluster of apartment buildings including 5 blocks with a total land use area of ​​23,656m2; maximum construction density of 50%; expected number of apartments is about 1,151.

Of which, there are 4 blocks of 11-storey buildings, land use area of ​​17,059 m2, with 868 apartments; 1 block of 9-storey buildings, land use area of ​​6,597 m2, with 283 apartments.

Project implementation progress from 2024 to 2028. In which, the progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation and exploitation is no later than December 31, 2028, lasting 36 months from the date of land allocation.
