The inspection results discovered that the cargo was a mineral cargo consisting of 04 slabs of Suoi Giang - Metalcacbonas rock in rough form, with inconsistent sizes and a weight of 9.6 tons. At the time of inspection, Mr. Cam Van V - the driver, could not present documents, invoices, or certificates proving the legal origin of all the Suoi Giang - Metalcacbonas rock mineral cargo.
Through verification, it was determined that the above mineral goods belonged to Mr. Cam Van V, the driver. Mr. V bought them floating in Suoi Giang commune and was on the way to transport them for consumption.
Market Management Team No. 1 has drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. Cam Van V - driver and owner of goods for 02 violations: Buying minerals of illegal origin and transporting minerals of illegal origin.
The Captain of Market Management Team No. 1 issued a Decision to impose an administrative fine of 17 million VND for the above 02 violations of Mr. Cam Van V according to the provisions of Clause 6, Article 17 of Decree 98/2020/ND-CP dated August 26, 2020 of the Government, and at the same time applied the additional penalty of confiscating all the violating mineral goods, which are 04 slabs of Suoi Giang Metalcarbonate stone in raw form, with uneven size and weight of 9.6 tons according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 13, Article 17 of Decree No. 98/2020/ND-CP dated August 26, 2020 of the Government.
