A warehouse of more than 40 motorbikes and a number of spare parts of unknown origin has been temporarily seized by police in Dong Nai for investigation and clarification of their intended use.
Today (November 6), Bien Hoa City Police, Dong Nai Province said they are temporarily detaining 42 motorbikes to investigate and clarify their origin.
Previously, on November 5, through the work of grasping the situation, the authorities suddenly inspected a house in Tan Van ward owned by Mr. TNT (53 years old).
Here, police discovered a large number of motorbikes and spare parts of unknown origin hidden in many different locations.
Notably, the vehicles did not have valid documents or the documents did not match the vehicle information. Specifically, 14 vehicles did not have registration certificates, 3 vehicles did not have chassis number - engine number information matching the documents, 25 vehicles had documents but were not owned by the owner and many spare parts were disassembled.
The case is being further investigated by Bien Hoa City Police to clarify the origin and purpose of using the above motorbikes.
