According to RT , the Russian Defense Ministry said a Ukrainian reconnaissance group entered the village of Kozinka, located in Russia's Belgorod region, near the border with Ukraine.
"The incursion was prevented by the Russian military and the Border Service of the Federal Security Service (FSB)," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The Russian Defense Ministry released a clip it described as "recording the destruction of Ukrainian forces in Kozinka".

It is unclear when the video was filmed, as the village was the target of a failed infiltration attempt on March 14. According to Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, residents were evacuated from Kozinka as the situation escalated.
Drone footage shows about a dozen Ukrainian fighters using explosives detectors to navigate minefields and reach a house in the village – where they were shelled by Russian artillery.
According to the footage, after being forced to leave Kozinka, the group of fighters went to an open field and were again targeted by Kamikaze drones.
Mr. Gladkov accused the Ukrainian army of shelling the Russian city of Belgorod on March 16 with Czech-made RM-70 Vampire multiple rocket launchers, killing two people and injuring three others.
The Ukrainian military has stepped up artillery and drone attacks on Russian territory over the past week. They have also made several major incursions into Russia’s Belgorod and Kursk regions.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, all Ukrainian actions were unsuccessful, with Ukraine suffering more than 1,500 casualties and losing dozens of pieces of equipment, including several tanks and armored personnel carriers.
On March 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin condemned and accused Ukraine of attempting to "sabotage" the presidential election being held in Russia from March 15 to 17.
