In order to ensure the safe operation of the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway during the construction of the overpass at the Liem Son intersection, Ha Nam province, based on the Decision of the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) announces the temporary traffic diversion and organization time of the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway (section Km239+800-Km242+900).

Specifically, from December 6, 2024, vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway in the direction of Liem Tuyen - Cao Bo will turn right at Km239+800 on the branch road (belonging to the Liem Son Intersection Construction Investment Project), then enter the main expressway at Km242+220 to go to Cao Bo Intersection.
Vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway from Cao Bo to Liem Tuyen to Km242+900, turn right onto the branch road (belonging to the Liem Son Intersection Construction Investment Project), then enter the main route of the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway at Km240+500 to go to Liem Tuyen Intersection.
The maximum permitted speed of vehicles on the branch road (project construction area, section Km239+800-Km242+900) must not exceed 60 km/hour.
Gradually reduce speed on Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway before entering the branch road (Km239+800-Km242+900) and gradually increase from the branch road entering the expressway.
VEC requires vehicles traveling through the route to pay attention to the road signaling system and instructions of the operating unit on the route.
Vehicles traveling on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway, when encountering an incident or discovering an unusual event, please contact the operator via HOTLINE 1900 1838 (available 24/7) to receive and handle information promptly.
During the time of traffic diversion and temporary traffic organization on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway (section Km239+800-Km242+900), the quality of the road will be affected, so VEC hopes to receive sympathy and sharing from traffic participants.
