Traffic flow in the area hosting the Closing Ceremony of National Tourism Year 2023

BTO-On the afternoon of December 25, Mr. Nguyen Nam Long - Vice Chairman of Phan Thiet City People's Committee officially announced the ban on vehicles and traffic participants from passing through checkpoints to ensure security and order during the Closing Ceremony of National Tourism Year 2023.

Under the direction of the leaders of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, plans and solutions to ensure security and order for the Closing Ceremony of the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" taking place in the Ocean Dunes area, Phan Thiet city on the night of December 27, 2023 have been developed.

Traffic diversion is to ensure smooth traffic routes, avoiding traffic jams and congestion, especially in the Closing Ceremony area .

Accordingly , people and tourists should travel on routes marked with traffic arrows and not on routes with checkpoints restricting traffic (with map and specific notes attached) .

At the same time, the Organizing Committee arranged 6 parking areas ( motorbikes, motorbikes and 2-wheeled vehicles ) for people and tourists. Specifically , at the Doi Duong beach parking lot ; the parking lot on the right side of Nguyen Tat Thanh street (from Doi Duong beach to the Victory Monument roundabout) ; the parking lot at the end of internal road No. 5 in the Ocean Dunes area ; the parking lot at the end of internal road No. 6 in the Ocean Dunes area ; the parking lot at the intersection of internal road No. 5 with Phan Trung street and the parking lot at the intersection of internal road No. 6 with Phan Trung street.

Car parking lots are arranged on the following routes: 1 row on the right along internal roads 5 and 6 (towards the stage area) ; 1 row on the routes in the Hoa Binh Park area.

Phan Thiet City People's Committee also reminded people and tourists attending the Closing Ceremony to limit the use of personal vehicles, especially cars, to reduce traffic congestion; pay attention to environmental sanitation, maintain order, do not jostle or push; preserve personal property and belongings to avoid subjects taking advantage of committing illegal acts , so that the Closing Ceremony of the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" can take place solemnly, safely and meaningfully.
