TPO - On the morning of August 20, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai chaired an online meeting to listen to reports from units and departments on the implementation of the iHanoi application in the city.

According to Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee Cu Ngoc Trang, up to now, most localities have made efforts to deploy the creation of iHanoi accounts for people, of which 5 localities have achieved a high number of people's accounts: Chuong My district (57,584), Bac Tu Liem district (32,300), My Duc district (31,461), Ha Dong district (29,506), Hoang Mai district (26,258).

To create consensus and support people's participation, localities have proactively promoted and provided installation instructions on grassroots information systems; effectively promoted the role of community digital transformation teams with the motto "Go to every alley, knock on every door, guide every citizen" to install and register accounts on iHanoi, coordinate with educational institutions to deploy to teachers, students and parents.

Regarding the situation of handling feedback and recommendations on iHanoi, according to Mr. Trang, reception at the city level (Office of the City People's Committee) increased in early August 2024, with an average of 40 feedbacks received and coordinated to be transferred to relevant departments, agencies, and branches per day or returned to the correct locality for handling.

Through monitoring and statistics, it is shown that agencies and localities with good handling results, highly appreciated by the people, include the districts: Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Ba Dinh, Thanh Xuan and the Department of Transport. In addition, there are some localities and agencies with handling results that need to be improved and enhanced in quality, including the districts: Dong Anh (13/17 overdue); Thanh Oai (7/11 overdue); Department of Construction (4/7 overdue).

The assessment opinions reflecting people's recommendations on the level of satisfaction and acceptance on the assessment system still account for a stable rate of about 65.6%; the level of dissatisfaction accounts for about 34.4%...

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai emphasized that the ultimate goal of the iHanoi application is to serve the people. Not only evaluating through form or quantity, Mr. Hai noted that units doing digital transformation must absolutely not be formal, but must clearly identify the 5 diffusions of "knowing, understanding, agreeing, volunteering and spreading".

According to Mr. Hai, the root of the problem is that the participants are informed, feel and experience. Therefore, each reflection of the people must be "cherished" and cared for by the authorities at all levels, thereby creating a spread and penetration to each person.

“This must be determined as a regular task, when there are urgent problems, especially those of the people, they must be handled immediately. Or there must be information about this related to the system and being assigned to the units, so that people can monitor and have consensus”, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee noted.
