The cooperation between Pfizer and the Vietnam Pediatric Association aims to improve the capacity of medical staff in diagnosing and treating pediatric diseases.
The signing ceremony marks an important milestone in the long-term partnership between the Vietnam Pediatric Association and Pfizer to work towards progress in pediatric patient management, contributing positively to community health care. The main purpose of this project is to cooperate, support, and improve the capacity of medical staff in diagnosing and treating pediatric diseases, through interdisciplinary coordination and safe, rational, and effective use of antibiotics.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Minh Dien - President of the Vietnam Pediatric Association, commented: "Among the resource factors, the quality of human resources is the most important in the current situation, which are doctors and nurses working in the field of pediatrics. The Vietnam Pediatric Association is eager to join hands with units and organizations to improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of pediatric doctors and nurses, helping to further improve the medical examination and treatment for children in all regions of Vietnam. Through the memorandum of understanding between the two sides, it will contribute to promoting cooperation, enhancing the effective implementation of activities to achieve equity in health care towards improving the health of Vietnamese children".
