Petrovietnam introduces personnel to fill leadership positions of the Group

On August 23, in Hanoi, the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group ( Petrovietnam ) held a personnel conference to deploy the process of introducing personnel to appoint leadership positions of the Group. Comrade Le Manh Hung, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group; Comrade Le Ngoc Son, Deputy Party Secretary, General Director of the Group; Comrade Tran Quang Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group chaired the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of the Central Party Committees, the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises.

Conference Overview.

On the Petrovietnam side, there were members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Directors, leaders of the advisory boards assisting the Group's Party Committee, leaders of the Group's departments/offices, leaders of member units, branches, project management boards, and leaders of the Group's political and social organizations.

Petrovietnam leaders chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, Comrade Le Manh Hung, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, informed the key officials of the Group about the process of introducing personnel for the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of the Group; introducing additional personnel elected to join the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group for the 2020-2025 term and giving his opinion on the reappointment of the position of Deputy General Director for Comrade Le Xuan Huyen, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Group.

Comrade Le Manh Hung, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam spoke at the Conference.

Comrade Le Manh Hung emphasized that personnel work holds an important and key position in implementing the Group's stability and development goals in the coming time. Therefore, Comrade Le Manh Hung reminded the Group's leadership and key staff to promote the spirit of unity, democracy, objectivity and impartiality in introducing key leadership personnel of the Group.
