On the afternoon of November 10, at the 2024 Annual National Forum on Culture with Enterprises, the Organizing Committee of the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture" (Organizing Committee 248) honored 20 enterprises, including 4 units of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) that met Vietnamese business culture standards.
Attending the forum were Mr. Ho Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture (VNABC); Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST); Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu, Member of the Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc; units meeting the standards of Vietnamese business culture in 2024.
On the side of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, there was Mr. Tran Quang Dung - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee; representative of the Group's Communications and Corporate Culture Department.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy delivered the opening speech at the Forum.
The 2024 Annual Forum on Vietnamese Corporate Culture has the theme "Doing Business in a Multicultural Environment". This is an extremely important issue for a country with a strongly developing and open economy like Vietnam. In her opening speech, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy said that following the success of the Forums in recent years, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to coordinate with the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture to organize the Forum with the theme "Doing Business in a Multicultural Environment".
This is a meaningful activity to contribute to the realization of the Resolutions of the Party and Government on building Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development, while continuing to affirm the position, role and importance of culture in contributing to creating a business environment, recovering and developing the sustainable economy, honoring enterprises with outstanding achievements in building and practicing corporate culture, actively responding to the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture" launched by the Prime Minister.

According to Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy, at the meeting with representatives of the Vietnamese business and enterprise community on October 11, 2024, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: "The result of nearly 40 years of national renovation, we are happy to have an increasingly large and strong team of entrepreneurs like today. These are people with the desire to rise up to become rich legitimately, constantly learning to improve the competitiveness of enterprises; implementing social responsibility, ethics and business culture".
The General Secretary also affirmed the "particularly important role" of enterprises and entrepreneurs in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise. "The business sector will play an even greater and more important role in the prosperity of the country. To do that, it requires every citizen and every entrepreneur to cultivate a strong and aspirational entrepreneurial spirit. For the current generation of entrepreneurs, this is the time to reshape the role of business leaders and the mission of our entrepreneurial team."

The 2024 Business Culture Forum consists of two main parts, the first is the Forum Program "Business in a multicultural environment" with two discussion sessions. The first session has the theme: "Multicultural environment in the context of global business"; The second session: "Enterprises in the 4.0 era: Digital cultural transformation makes a difference". Delegates attending the forum also watched a video clip introducing the Association and summarizing the Campaign "Building Vietnamese corporate culture" launched by the Prime Minister (2016 - 2023 period) and listened to the opening speech of the Forum by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The second part is the Ceremony to announce and honor "Enterprises meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards" in 2024, announce the Decision and award Certificates of Merit of the Organizing Committee to implement the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Business Culture" (Organizing Committee 248); Announce 20 Enterprises meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards in 2024 and the ceremony to honor enterprises recognized as meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards in 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh - Director of Southeast Gas Transportation Company received the certificate of enterprise meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards in 2024.
Mr. Le Truc Lam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVT Logistics received the certificate of enterprise meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards in 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Deputy Director of Gas Shipping received the certificate of enterprise meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards.
Accordingly, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group has 4 enterprises including: Vietsovpetro Joint Venture; Southeast Gas Transportation Company - Branch of Vietnam Gas Corporation; Phuong Dong Viet Transportation and Logistics Joint Stock Company - a unit under the Oil and Gas Transportation Joint Stock Corporation; International Gas Products Transportation Joint Stock Company (Gas Shipping) - a unit under the Oil and Gas Transportation Joint Stock Corporation.

The annual national forum “Culture with enterprises” aims to realize the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party and State on building corporate culture, business culture, business culture, and the aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country. Thereby, enterprises can exchange, learn, discuss and share useful experiences in building corporate culture towards sustainable development. Up to now, the whole country has 75 enterprises recognized as meeting Vietnamese Business Culture standards, of which Petrovietnam has 16 units including the Group, 8 member units and 7 level 3 units (subsidiary companies).
