On July 1, in Hanoi, Petrolimex held a Golive ceremony for the solution to issue electronic invoices immediately after each sale at its gas stations nationwide.
The issuance of electronic invoices immediately after each sale affirms Petrolimex's professionalism in organizing, operating and managing petroleum business activities at nearly 2,700 retail stores nationwide, ensuring transparency, accuracy, safety and efficiency; at the same time, demonstrating its pioneering role in meeting the requirements on management, issuance and use of invoices as prescribed in Decree 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government .
Electronic invoices are created and issued immediately after each sale to customers at the gas station is completed through an automatic log creation process connected to the store management software system and Petrolimex's e-Invoice software.

Electronic invoices are issued for each transaction in the case of selling gasoline to customers who are non-business individuals, business individuals, and are stored to serve the customer's verification requests and the inspection and supervision of competent authorities. Customers receive electronic invoices, compare and manage gasoline purchase transactions through 4 forms including: Email address; customer invoice receiving account; direct lookup on Petrolimex's website at https://hoadon.petrolimex.com.vn; and the General Department of Taxation's electronic invoice system at: https://hoadondientu.gdt.gov.vn.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dao Nam Hai, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of Petrolimex shared: Petrolimex is the first enterprise in the petroleum business sector to successfully deploy the solution of issuing electronic invoices immediately after each sales transaction at nearly 2,700 petroleum stations nationwide.
After nearly a year of preparation, Petrolimex has worked with partners to coordinate professionally, responsibly, effectively and resolutely to perfect the system to meet the requirements for management, issuance and use of invoices as prescribed in Decree 123/2020/ND-CP of the Government; at the same time, we believe that successful implementation will be a breakthrough to create transparency, equality and contribute to building a healthy and sustainable petroleum market, bringing consumers high-quality service experiences.
