Specifically, the Global Times praised Apple, Tesla, Starbucks and HP for their close cooperation with Chinese partners.
The comments came amid concerns about a trade war, reminiscent of how Beijing's press reported tensions with the US during Donald Trump's first term as president.
Meanwhile, China Daily noted, Morgan Stanley received regulatory approval in March to expand its operations in China.
This is evidence of the enthusiasm of foreign financial companies in investing in the world's second largest economy.
Previously, on November 25, Mr. Trump - who will take office on January 20, 2025 - announced that he would impose a 10% tax on Chinese goods so that the country would take more drastic action to block the supply of chemicals.
Mr Trump also threatened to impose tariffs of more than 60% on goods from the world's second-largest economy while campaigning.
During Trump's first term, foreign corporate executives and investors kept a close eye on Chinese media.
At that time, President Xi Jinping's administration did not often make direct official comments on the trade war.
