Thus, the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity of Ho Chi Minh City has completed its personnel. The Head of the Steering Committee is Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen.

Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai was born in 1977, hometown in Phuoc Vinh An commune, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Hai has a master's degree in urban management, construction engineering, bachelor's degree in economics, and advanced political theory.
