On October 30, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung signed a decision to accept and appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Thang Binh District Party Committee, as Director of the Provincial Department of Information and Communications. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from November 4, 2024.

Previously, Mr. Pham Hong Quang, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Quang Nam province, was transferred by the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, starting from November 4, 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh was born in 1978, hometown Binh Minh commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province. Professional qualification: Bachelor of Economics .

Mr. Binh used to hold department-level positions in the Office of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee. In June 2015, Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh was appointed Deputy Chief of the Office of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee. In September 2020, Mr. Binh was transferred to work as Deputy Secretary of the Thang Binh District Party Committee until now.
