In response to climate change, two lighting industry giants have joined hands to research sustainable lighting solutions that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online on December 13, Mr. Huynh Dung Sang - Deputy General Director of DUHAL Company - said that the world's leading lighting technology group Inventronics has just cooperated with DUHAL to research solutions to protect the environment and reduce emissions.
Specifically, the lighting technology group Inventronics and DUHAL Company (a manufacturer of LED lights and electrical equipment) will cooperate to develop sustainable lighting solutions, contributing to environmental protection and responding to climate change. This cooperation marks a step forward not only for the two businesses but also has a ripple effect for the lighting industry in Vietnam.
Notably, with the core of experienced personnel from major international brands and major Vietnamese brands, these two enterprises will focus on researching and developing sustainable lighting solutions, new solutions, carbon emission reduction solutions...
Mr. Sang said that since the invention of the light bulb, the world has continuously improved to bring better lighting products, save more electricity and protect the environment. In particular, the use of LED lights to replace fluorescent lights in the world has helped reduce 5% of electricity consumption for lighting.
According to Mr. Sang, the cooperation between a Vietnamese enterprise and a large enterprise in the lighting industry such as Inventronics will be an opportunity for both sides to successfully research breakthrough solutions in the lighting field to help protect the environment better.
"The combination of Inventronics' advanced technology and DUHAL's flexible manufacturing capabilities and innovative research capabilities promises to create new, energy-saving and environmentally friendly lighting solutions," said Mr. Sang.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ray Zhang - Inventronics' Asia Pacific regional sales director - said that in addition to providing optimal energy solutions, technologies and products, cooperation with a manufacturing unit in Vietnam will help the group bring products with better performance and lower emissions.
