Mr. Le Van Trung was introduced to the consultation to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city.

On July 2, the Da Nang City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Attending the conference were Party Central Committee member, City Party Committee Secretary, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Quang; Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh; Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang.

The conference announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, assigning and transferring Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Le Van Trung to work at the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, appointing him to participate in the Party Delegation of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation; introducing him for consultation and election to hold the position of Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term (replacing Mr. Ngo Xuan Thang, who was approved by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man as Chairman of the City People's Council from June 10, 2024).

Mr. Le Van Trung (58 years old, hometown in Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city), is a Master of Engineering in Civil and Industrial Construction. Before being appointed as Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Mr. Le Van Trung was Director of the Da Nang Department of Transport.

The conference also announced the decisions to transfer and assign Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Hai Chau District Party Committee Tran Thang Loi to work at the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and appoint him to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.

Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term , Cao Thi Huyen Tran, was transferred to work at the Hai Chau District Party Committee, appointed to hold the position of Member of the Party Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Chau District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission Mai Thi Anh Hong was transferred to work at Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee, appointed to hold the position of Member of the Party Executive Committee, Member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
