Elon Musk returns to the position of richest person in the world

Musk, the owner of electric carmaker Tesla and the social network Twitter, has been vying for the title of world's richest person with Arnault, the owner of French luxury goods giant LVMH, for months. Arnault surpassed Musk in December 2022, when his fortune grew thanks to booming sales that boosted LVMH's stock price. However, Arnault's fortune fell this week after LVMH's stock price fell on May 31, according to Bloomberg.
