According to the clip, two young men on a motorbike carrying a sack of dogs stopped on the sidewalk. The young man sitting behind got off the motorbike, took a dog, stepped on the animal's back and stuffed it into the sack.

The collision caused the two young men and their motorbike to fly forward, and the bag containing the dog fell onto the road.
When a young man tried to get his motorbike up to run away, the driver continued to hit him, causing his motorbike to get under the car and be dragged a distance on the road.
The two young men left behind their motorbikes, dog bags and many electric shock devices and ran away on foot.
The entire incident was recorded by security cameras.
Through verification, the incident happened at around 7am this morning (October 18), in alley Tan Thoi Nhat 17, Tan Thoi Nhat ward, district 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
Residents living at the scene said that when they heard a loud noise, they ran out to check and saw a damaged motorbike. About 20 meters away, there were sacks containing about 10 dogs and tools used to steal dogs.
In addition, the road surface has many plow marks from motorbikes and debris from vehicles.
After the incident, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward Police were present to make a record and take statements from those involved.
Authorities have also extracted camera footage in the area to verify and clarify the incident.
