As the leading facility in terms of output and scale of traditional fish sauce business in Ky Anh town, Chien Thang Seafood Purchasing and Processing Cooperative (Tien Thang village, Ky Ninh commune) currently has 5 products that have achieved OCOP certification. Particularly, fish sauce has 2 products that have achieved 3 stars, 4 stars and become the main product of the facility every Tet holiday. On this occasion, the Cooperative has prepared about 300,000-400,000 liters of fish sauce to serve domestic and foreign Tet orders.
Mr. Dang Dinh Minh - representative of Chien Thang Seafood Purchasing and Processing Cooperative shared: "This year, the Cooperative moved to a new location with an area of over 1 hectare, so the fish sauce output prepared to serve the Tet holiday increased 3 times compared to previous years, ensuring the demand for year-end orders...".
To promote its products, Chien Thang Seafood Purchasing and Processing Cooperative has built its own website, participated in e-commerce trading floors, opened a store selling OCOP products, and live streamed sales on social networking platforms...
At this time, Nhat Ninh fish sauce processing facility is also "racing" against time, focusing on production and packaging to supply enough products to serve customers' needs during Tet.
Ms. Nguyen Thi My Ngoc - representative of Nhat Ninh Fish Sauce Processing Facility said: " The Tet production season determines 40% of the year's revenue. During this time, we usually sell more than 50,000 liters of finished fish sauce, focusing on the Northern market and retail in the area. Many agents in distant provinces have placed orders early. Currently, workers are actively bottling and labeling to deliver goods on time."

According to statistics from the People's Committee of Ky Ninh commune, the whole commune currently has more than 30 traditional fish sauce production facilities, including 5 production facilities according to OCOP standards, creating jobs for hundreds of workers.
