Having lived abroad for many years, Thanh Xuan shared about her Tet holiday abroad. According to the beauty, overseas, only the Vietnamese community celebrates the traditional Tet holiday and it only takes place on the first day of Tet. "Every year, the Vietnamese community often organizes a Tet fair. There are many stalls decorated with branches, flowers, red parallel sentences... creating a familiar Tet space like in Vietnam. Traditional dishes such as banh chung, banh tet, gio cha, all kinds of jams, braised pork, grilled pork vermicelli... everything under the sun is also sold here. The warm, happy atmosphere also helps us somewhat ease our homesickness," the beauty queen shared.
Miss Thanh Xuan said that she initially planned to celebrate the New Year in Canada. However, because she missed her homeland and was supported by her son, she decided to return to Vietnam to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025. The beauty expressed that she likes the bustling atmosphere, the brightly decorated streets, and people busy shopping for Tet.
