This afternoon (October 11), the Binh Dinh Women's Union and the Binh Dinh Women Entrepreneurs Association organized the Exchange program "Aspiration to conquer the road without roses". 45 women who are typical female entrepreneurs and female owners of production and business establishments in Binh Dinh province attended the program.
The program aims to recognize the contributions of female entrepreneurs in particular and Binh Dinh women in general in socio-economic development. At the same time, share the entrepreneurial journey and experiences of overcoming business challenges of female entrepreneurs.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, President of the Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union, said: Binh Dinh province currently has 01 provincial-level Women Entrepreneurs Association and 05 district-level Women Entrepreneurs/Women Directors/Women Small Traders Clubs and 16 commune-level Women Entrepreneurs/Women Small Traders Clubs with 805 members.

In addition to the achievements they have achieved, cultural and social barriers, female-owned businesses are also somewhat limited in terms of development scale. Most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises or micro-business households. Women only participate in starting a business due to the demands of life rather than being proactive to take advantage of opportunities and this greatly affects business efficiency.

The Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union honored and presented a plaque of gratitude to 45 outstanding female entrepreneurs and small businesswomen of the Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association, the Women Entrepreneurs/Small Businesswomen Clubs of 11 districts/towns/cities; women participating in leadership and management of cooperatives; enterprises and business establishments managed by women. They have made positive contributions to activities to enhance women's economic power, contributing to building Vietnamese women in the new era.
Accompanying the startup ideas, the Women's Union of Binh Dinh province also awarded 2 livelihood support packages, each worth 50 million VND from the source mobilized by the Women's Union of the province to the Women's Union of Hoai An district and Ms. Mai Thi My Lam (An Toan Agricultural Chemicals and General Services Cooperative).
