Implementing Plan No. 115, from 2018 to present, the Party Committees and authorities of Thuan Nam district have actively disseminated the viewpoints and contents of Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW; promoted propaganda and dissemination of social insurance policies for employees and people. By 2022, the whole district had 3,932 people participating in compulsory social insurance, accounting for 11.4%, an increase of 3.8% compared to 2018. There were 2,528 people participating in unemployment insurance, accounting for about 7.3%, an increase of 1.2% compared to 2018. The rate of electronic transactions was 148/152 units, reaching 97.4%; the rate of electronic transaction records reached 42.7%. After 5 years of implementing Plan No. 115, the number of people participating in social insurance has increased. The social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes are guaranteed, creating favorable conditions for employees and people to participate and benefit. By the end of 2022, there were 48,824 people participating in social insurance, accounting for 18.1%, an increase of 3.9% compared to 2018; there were 38,022 people participating in unemployment insurance, accounting for 14.1%, an increase of 2.2% compared to 2018. In 2022, there were 7,350 people receiving monthly pensions; 1,350 people receiving social insurance benefits... The rate of electronic transactions reached 95.81%; publicly posting 25 administrative procedures at level 4 on the Social Insurance Public Service Portal, reaching 100%... During the implementation of Plan No. 115, units encountered difficulties in developing participants in compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance; Violations of social insurance laws still exist; workers receiving unemployment benefits have jobs but do not report them in time; the number of people receiving one-time social insurance benefits has increased significantly compared to previous years...

In his concluding remarks at the working session, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department commended the achievements of units and localities in leading, directing and implementing the social insurance policy in the past time. He requested the Thuan Nam District Party Committee and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to continue promoting the propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on social insurance, health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance with many forms and rich content to raise awareness of all classes of people. Strengthen coordination with sectors, socio-political organizations, and localities in sharing and connecting information and data between state management agencies on investment, finance, tax, and labor to improve the effectiveness of managing social insurance participants and implementing social insurance policies. It is necessary to apply sanctions to strictly handle violations of social insurance laws. Promote administrative procedure reform in implementing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies; especially the application of information technology in management and implementation of operations, improving the efficiency of receiving and processing records, creating convenience for units and individuals participating in social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
