A delegation of officials from the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City visited and wished Happy New Year to artists: Ha My Xuan, Meritorious Artist Phuong Hong Thuy, dancer Hoang Thong and artist Viet Huong.

Artist Ha My Xuan returned from France to celebrate Tet with her family. She is the younger sister of People's Artist Thanh Dien, who has kept the flame of love for Cai Luong art alive in Paris (France). Artist Ha My Xuan successfully organized a stage program "Ve Nguon" performed by the Cai Luong Art Preservation Association at the Charenton Theater in Paris (October 2013).
After that, she and some artists in France such as: Ha My Lien, Ly Kim Thanh, Kieu Le Mai, Minh Duc... organized performances on Cai Luong stage to serve overseas audiences, which were warmly received with famous excerpts such as: "Tieng Trong Me Linh", "Thai Hau Duong Van Nga", "Ben Cau Det Lua"...
Dancer Hoang Thong returned from Australia, he has been involved in the art of dance since he was very young. When mentioning his name, the audience immediately thinks of the famous Hoang Thong Dance Group. He was honored to receive the Gold Medal at the "National Beautiful Dance Festival" held in Nha Trang in 1988.
He was one of the first dancers to be awarded the "Dance Master" certificate by the Department of Culture and Information of Ho Chi Minh City (at that time), opening the path for him to pursue his passion for dance art, and was invited by many units to teach and stage programs.
Artist Viet Huong and musician Nguyen Hoai Phuong celebrate Tet in their hometown this year. Both of them focus on taking care of the Truong Hung Minh Art Stage, assisting their teacher, Meritorious Artist Minh Nhi, in taking care of the artistic aspects so that Tet plays can be performed for the public.
