People's Artist Kim Xuan becomes an ao dai model at the age of 68

(Dan Tri) - People's Artist Kim Xuan accepted the invitation of designer Vo Viet Chung to be the model for the "Spring Flowers" ao dai collection. At the age of nearly 70, the female artist is praised for her elegant and luxurious beauty.

According to designer Vo Viet Chung, these are designs for special occasions, expressing the nobility of women. The appearance of People's Artist Kim Xuan made the collection even more special.

Sharing the reason for inviting People's Artist Kim Xuan, designer Vo Viet Chung shared: "People's Artist Kim Xuan has been my idol for a long time. I have always wanted to collaborate with her. And finally, that dream has come true. I believe that with her beauty and charisma, Kim Xuan will help make my designs more perfect."

The "Spring Flowers" collection includes 5 traditional Ao Dai designs. Each design is a separate story, created from soft, graceful lines and sophisticated patterns.

Designer Vo Viet Chung chose high-quality velvet, bringing a sense of luxury and elegance. Meticulous hand-drawing, embellishment, and embroidery techniques have created unique images on the traditional ao dai.

Inspired by classical European landscape paintings, the designs use warm, luxurious tones such as turquoise, lavender, jet black, charcoal purple and wine red, harmoniously combined to create classic, eye-catching ao dai.

Flowers symbolize the beauty and elegance of Vietnamese women, combined with images of familiar animals, creating vivid and interesting pictures on each Ao Dai. People's Artist Kim Xuan said: "Wearing the Ao Dai, I feel like I am immersed in vivid pictures."
