Nippon Paint accompanies the 2,000 m2 mural road project in Ho Chi Minh City

The "Beautiful Vietnam" mural street project, organized by Nippon Paint in coordination with Ho Chi Minh City Police, contributed to changing the urban landscape after a short time of implementation.

In recent days, public walls on central streets of Ho Chi Minh City such as Vo Thi Sau, Nguyen Huu Canh, Ton Duc Thang... have been "given a new look", attracting the attention of many passersby and residents living here.

No more illegal advertising, ugly drawings, the walls are now more lively with colorful murals of famous destinations in Vietnam, with Ha Long Bay, Ninh Thuan Stone Park, Da Nang Dragon Bridge, Hoi An Ancient Town, Northwest terraced fields...

This is a mural road project implemented by Nippon Paint in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Police Youth Union, with the passion for a green - clean - beautiful city for the people of the city. The total area of mural paintings carried out throughout the city is up to 2,000 m2.

Accordingly, Nippon Paint representatives coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Police Youth Union and local residents to remove illegal advertisements on public walls, then painted the pictures.

"Beautiful Vietnam" contributes to creating highlights for the streets and spreading positive emotions, preventing criminals from using advertising and classified ads to approach people and commit illegal acts.

Mr. Thuan Nguyen (55 years old), living on Nguyen Huu Canh Street (District 1) felt happy when the black credit advertisements were removed, replaced by murals honoring beautiful, prosperous landscapes across the country. "Seeing you remove the black credit advertisements and repaint the walls near your house beautifully and spaciously, I am very happy. Looking like this, the streets are much more civilized," said Mr. Thuan.
