Rich in vitamin E, B6 and minerals like magnesium and zinc, nuts like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts and almonds can boost immunity. Just add 1 tablespoon of these nuts to your diet and you are good to go, according to Times of India.

Foods rich in vitamin C

Consume citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, along with broccoli, potatoes, bell peppers and green leafy vegetables to increase your vitamin C intake.

Grains and beans

You will be surprised to know that barley and green beans can help boost immunity. They remove toxins from the body and replenish nutrients to the body.

And finally, experts recommend drinking plenty of warm water, according to Times of India.
