(Dan Tri) - The appearance of singer Ho Van Cuong at the introduction of singer Nhu Quynh's music night attracted the attention of the media and audience.

On the afternoon of November 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, singer Nhu Quynh met with the press and shared about the music festival "Lover and Homeland" which will take place on January 4, 2025. This is the third year the female singer has organized an art program in Vietnam.

The program is expected to feature famous singers Huong Lan, Hoa Mi, singers Quang Le, Hien Thuc, Ha Thanh Xuan... with the guidance of MCs Trac Thuy Mieu and Cu Trong Xoay. In particular, the presence of singer Ho Van Cuong in this music night attracted the attention of the audience.

Talking about the decision to invite Ho Van Cuong, Nhu Quynh said: "I hope young artists have the opportunity to freely work, without being constrained or imposed. I also want young people to have space to develop and shine with their talents. As for the rest of life, I think Ho Van Cuong will know what he wants, what he does, what he thinks.

I just hope that in this playground, Cuong will shine and prove his talent. Cuong, please prove to the audience and fans that you are a talented and moral child."

Also at the event, when mentioned about the late artist Phi Nhung, Nhu Quynh emotionally said that she and Phi Nhung had known each other for quite a while but rarely expressed or interacted on social media.

"We understand each other, support each other and sympathize with each other's difficulties in our careers, but we don't discuss personal life or sensitive matters. That's why Nhu Quynh and Phi Nhung don't talk about each other's personal life, but in fact we confided in each other about many lives, worries about work and right now, I miss my friend.

I once wanted to collaborate with Phi Nhung to sing Giac mo canh co 2 but I haven't had time to do it yet. I always want music to be gentle and cute, please don't bring negativity into our relationships. When artists are imposed, it will be very difficult for them to perform naturally, we just want to work in peace and live fully in the arms of the audience," the singer shared.

For this concert, the singer of "Winter Lover" invested a lot of heart and effort, and together with the crew, selected lyrical songs that the audience rarely heard to perform, limiting the repetition of familiar songs for fear of following the same path as previous shows.

Not only solo performances, the concert also features special collaborations between guest artists through duets, trios, quartets, and choruses carefully prepared by singer Nhu Quynh. The guests will perform with singer Nhu Quynh completely new songs.

"Everyone here probably never thought Thanh Xuan would play the drums with such passion. Maybe in this big concert, Ha Thanh Xuan will do that. And what about Nhu Quynh, maybe she will make remixes or play DJ?", the female singer humorously shared.
