The company said that due to the high demand for goods transportation at the end of the year, the unit needs to recruit more workers. Recruited workers will enjoy benefits in accordance with the law and work in a highly competitive environment.

Also through the channel of the Provincial Employment Service Center, Jinquan Vietnam Travel Equipment Company Limited in Quang Tri recruited many workers to ensure year-end production with appropriate salaries.

Along with recruiting workers to serve the Lunar New Year holiday, many businesses are also increasing recruitment to produce goods under contracts with partners in the first quarter of 2024.

Along with that, Truong Tin Garment and Trading Company Limited in Cam Lo is recruiting 60 workers with salaries ranging from 3 to 8 million VND to be able to produce export goods for partners in the middle of the first quarter of 2024.

The company has a policy of supporting each worker with 250,000 VND/month for gasoline; 300,000 VND/month for diligence support, 520,000 VND/month for lunch allowance and full insurance for workers. In addition, many garment companies have a need to recruit workers during this time.

According to information from the Provincial Employment Service Center, the number of workers looking for jobs has increased by about 10-20% compared to the months of 2023, but the number is not enough. Accordingly, the demand for labor recruitment in the province is increasing, focusing on industries such as: trade-services, processing, manufacturing, real estate...

To promptly solve employment problems for workers and employers, during this time, the center provided labor market information and related policies to more than 7,300 people; provided and introduced jobs to 550 workers; organized 8 job fairs with more than 1,000 participants.

The center also collected employment information from businesses. It showed that on this occasion, there were 140 businesses in the province that needed to recruit, mainly unskilled workers, technical workers with elementary and intermediate levels with income from 3-15 million VND/month.
