Many practical activities to support the 500kV line 3 project of Nghi Son town youth

Implementing Plan No. 138-KH/ĐTN-PT, dated June 4, 2024 of the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to deploy the peak emulation campaign "30 days and nights of volunteering to overcome the sun and rain to participate in supporting the implementation of the 500kV power line project through Thanh Hoa province", Nghi Son Town Youth Union has actively participated.

Nghi Son Town Youth Union and Phu Lam Commune Youth Union participated in supporting the movement of furniture and architectural objects out of the cleared area for the construction unit to carry out the project.

In the town, there are 5 communes with the 500kV line 3 passing through, including: Truong Lam, Tan Truong, Phu Lam, Phu Son and Cac Son.

After a week of implementing the peak emulation campaign, the City Youth Union has established 5 youth volunteer teams to support the outer ring during the construction process. In addition to promoting propaganda and raising awareness among union members, youth and people about the purpose and significance of the 500 kV line 3 project, the units have launched the tasks of route distribution and traffic diversion.

By June 8, the youth force had supported the people to relocate 5 houses and barns on the land, coordinated with the Central Power Project Management Board and the construction contractor to survey and determine the work involved at the project, and continued to coordinate with local authorities and contractors to conduct surveys and develop the implementation schedule for the next period.

Up to now, the Youth Union of 5 communes continues to determine specific timelines, identify the work to be participated in, focus on mobilizing human resources, directly from union members and young people to participate in supporting the relocation and dismantling of furniture, architectural objects, and trees out of the construction area; create all conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units to organize well the logistics, food, accommodation, and ensure security and safety, thereby contributing to speeding up the construction progress of the 500kV line project, circuit 3, to put into operation in June 2024 under the direction of the Prime Minister and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

On June 8, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union and leaders of Nghi Son town directly went to the grassroots level to present gifts to the youth volunteer team in Tam Son village, Tan Truong commune participating in supporting the construction of the project; at the same time, presented gifts, visited and encouraged cadres, engineers, workers and laborers participating in the construction of the 500kV line project, circuit 3, through Nghi Son town at column 56A, in Tam Son village, Tan Truong commune.
