Many contents were disseminated at the second/2024 law dissemination conference

Conference scene.

Attending the conference were leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and organizations that are members of the Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination; the secretariat of the Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination; provincial-level legal reporters; state-owned enterprises headquartered in Lao Cai; chairmen of the district-level Council for Coordinating Legal Education and Dissemination; and leaders of local justice departments.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the following contents: Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones; Law on Water Resources (amended); Law on Telecommunications (amended); Law on Credit Institutions (amended); Regulation 132-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments.

The Department of Justice leaders opened the conference.

The conference helps delegates grasp new laws and related legal documents to promote propaganda and dissemination at agencies, units and localities in the coming time.
