Vietnam Talent Chef Competition (VNCC) 2024 As an annual activity within the framework of the Food & Hotel Vietnam exhibition series, the Vietnam Talent Chef Competition 2024 - co-organized by Informa Market and Song Hoa Company has become a familiar playground for talented chefs from all over the country and Southeast Asia. This year, VNCC marks its 10th anniversary on the journey of accompanying the Vietnamese culinary scene and chef community. With a prestigious and powerful jury from all over the world , along with a new competition - " VNCC Fine Dining Challenge" , or a special prize of the opportunity to participate in an international competition in the US for contestants in the " Real California Milk Pizza Challenge" competition , VNCC promises to become one of the valuable activities of this year's exhibition. Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) & Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) At Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 , two bartending competitions - Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) in collaboration with Informa Markets and Barista School officially return, promising to bring exciting experiences. This year, VBC & VAC attracted up to 80 contestants. The two competitions have international judges from Asian countries, along with prize values of up to 400 million VND and many other attractive gifts. Saladplate Business Breakfast After a long incubation period, the program "Saladplate Business Breakfast" has officially appeared at Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 . With three presentations from leading experts from GlobalData and Euromonitor. The program opens up completely new perspectives on the Vietnamese food service industry market, future business opportunities and differences in customer behavior of Vietnamese consumers compared to other Southeast Asian countries.
