Comrade Bui Thi Muoi has nearly 2 years of work left before reaching retirement age.

Comrade Bui Thi Muoi was born in 1969 in Thanh An commune (Thach Thanh), is a Muong ethnic, has a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Politics. Before being transferred and appointed as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department (November 2021), she was Secretary of the Thach Thanh District Party Committee.
Many leaders in Quang Ngai retire early
On the morning of January 2, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang signed a decision to retire early for 48 cases of leaders, civil servants, and public employees at all levels of the province and district.
Of the 48 early retirement cases this time, there are 7 at the provincial level, including the Department of Education and Training (3 people); Department of Science and Technology (1 person), Department of Planning and Investment (1 person), Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (1 person) and Pham Van Dong University (1 person).
The remaining cases are from localities including Quang Ngai city (12 people), Duc Pho town (12 people), Ba To district (5 people), Mo Duc district (5 people), Nghia Hanh district (5 people) and Tra Bong district (2 people).
Notably, in the 48 retirement cases, there are 6 department leaders in 2 Departments of Planning and Investment, Science and Technology and 2 communes of Mo Duc district.
Two leaders in Thai Nguyen asked for early retirement
That is Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Huong, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) of Thai Nguyen province - confirmed that she had requested to retire about 30 months early to facilitate the process of streamlining the apparatus.
Previously, at the Conference of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Executive Committee on December 27, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Thai Hanh expressed his opinion, voluntarily asking to retire more than a year early to facilitate the arrangement of cadres.
Head of Propaganda Department and Head of Mass Mobilization Department of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee retires at will
On the afternoon of December 30, 2024, Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Secretary of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee - chaired the Conference to announce and present the Decision of the Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee to 2 pioneering cadres who requested early retirement to reorganize the apparatus.
The Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee decided to let Mr. Le Thanh Cong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission - resign from his job at his request from January 1, 2025.
At the same time, it was decided to let Ms. Le Thi Kim Loan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - resign from her job at her request from January 1, 2025.
Head of Provincial Ethnic Committee and Chairman of Town People's Committee in Quang Nam retire early
Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung has decided on the retirement of civil servants.
According to the decision, Mr. A Lang Mai (58 years old), Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Quang Nam province - is allowed to retire to enjoy early retirement benefits according to Decree No. 29/ND-CP of the Government and social insurance benefits from January 1, 2025.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also signed and issued a decision allowing Mr. Tran Uc - Chairman of Dien Ban Town People's Committee - to retire to enjoy early retirement benefits and social insurance benefits from January 11, 2025.
Chairman of the People's Committee of a district in Bac Ninh asked for early retirement
On December 25, 2024, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, signed Decision No. 1754/QD-UBND on early retirement for Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Phong district.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong is eligible for early retirement from January 1, 2025, and will enjoy policies according to Decree No. 29/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong proactively applied for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement of the apparatus and the preparation for local Party congresses at all levels. Mr. Cuong retired about 6 months early.
