Contractor building Long Thanh airport, T3 terminal of Tan Son Nhat airport collects revenue exceeding 1 billion USD

Businessman Nguyen Ba Duong revealed that the revenue of this contractor's ecosystem including Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, BoHo Décor and DB will reach VND 27,800 billion in 2024.

Surpassing the billion-dollar revenue mark, businessman Nguyen Ba Duong's construction ecosystem has businesses participating in two national aviation projects.

Closing 2024, businessman Nguyen Ba Duong revealed that the contractor ecosystem achieved revenue of VND 27,800 billion, far exceeding the company's business plan.

Members of this ecosystem are businesses in the construction industry, including Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, BoHo Décor and DB.

Notably, many members of this ecosystem are contractors for many important projects at Long Thanh airport ( Dong Nai ) and terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC).

Specifically, the 5.10 package worth 35,000 billion VND for construction and equipment installation of the passenger terminal of Long Thanh airport is undertaken by the Vietur contractor consortium, including members of the business ecosystem founded by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong such as Ricons, Newtecons and SOL E&C.

At Tan Son Nhat airport, among the 6 enterprises participating in the consortium of contractors winning the bid for the construction and installation of equipment for Tan Son Nhat airport's T3 passenger terminal worth 9,000 billion VND, there is Ricons, an enterprise belonging to the group of contractors in Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong's ecosystem, and the remaining two contractors are also part of the Vietur consortium.

In 2024, Ricons will bring in revenue of about VND 8,000 billion, SOL E&C will achieve revenue of about VND 4,550 billion, while the remaining enterprises will not announce revenue.

In a letter to employees, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong revealed the opportunities for contractors in the period when the country is aiming for high GDP growth. According to Mr. Duong, in the era of national development, with double-digit GDP growth, many large projects will certainly appear to help change the face of the country.

Therefore, this ecosystem of contractors needs to prepare to seize the opportunity by having its own direction, improving labor productivity by applying AI and science and technology .

"The most important thing is to always look forward, learn and improve ourselves so that each year we must be a better version than the previous year," Mr. Duong raised the issue.
