Producer of "Brother Overcoming Thousands of Challenges" receives unexpected good news

(NLDO) - Along with the market's recovery, YEG shares of Yeah1 Group Corporation - producer of the program "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" - increased by nearly 4%.


At the end of the trading session on December 5, VN-Index closed at the highest level of the day, at 1,267 points, up 27 points (+2.19%) compared to the previous session. This was the strongest increase in the past 3 months, since August 16.

The 2.19% figure also made Vietnamese stocks the strongest growing market in Asia in the session on December 5.

HNX-Index increased nearly 5 points to 229 points, Upcom Index also increased, to 92.72 points.

During the trading session, stocks of all industry groups increased simultaneously, in which the strongest increase was in the securities and real estate industry groups when many codes increased to the ceiling and transactions exploded such as BSI, SSI, FTS, VCI, CTS, VDS....

Along with the market's upturn, YEG shares of Yeah1 Group Corporation - the producer of the program "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" also increased sharply by nearly 4%, to 13,250 VND/share - the 4th consecutive increase of this stock, including 2 ceiling sessions.

Compared to the price of 1 month ago, YEG shares have increased by nearly 29%. Compared to the end of the third quarter of 2024, this stock has increased by nearly 45%. Notably, the trading volume of YEG shares on December 5 continued to reach a record high, with 10.9 million units.

The acceleration of YEG shares comes in the context of the company recently announcing strong business growth results. Specifically, Yeah1's revenue in the third quarter of 2024 reached more than 345 billion VND, 3 times higher than the same period and the highest revenue since the fourth quarter of 2020.

Excluding related expenses, Yeah1 reported a third quarter profit 10 times higher than the same period last year, reaching more than 34 billion VND.

Accumulated in the first 9 months of 2024, Yeah 1 recorded revenue of more than 629 billion VND, 2.4 times higher and after-tax profit of nearly 56 billion VND, 4.5 times higher than the same period last year.

Along with that, at the 30th Mai Vang Awards, there were 54 artists, works, and programs in the voting round, in which the Talents and performances of Anh trai vu ngan cong gai of Yeah1 received many nominations.

Specifically in the category "Male Singer - Rapper", the nomination belongs to SOOBIN with the song Gia nhu and ST Son Thach with the song Thuan nuoc dot thuyen. These are two feverish performances in the program Anh trai vuon ngan cong gai, receiving high praise and creating a strong effect on social networking platforms.

In particular, the "Song" category of the 30th Mai Vang Awards - 2024 - Brother overcoming thousands of obstacles accounted for 4/5 nominations with: Gia nhu (SOOBIN), Trong com (NSND Tu Long - SOOBIN - Cuong Seven), Me yeu con (Cuong Seven, Tu Long, Bang Kieu, Phan Dinh Tung, Tuan Hung, Truong The Vinh, Jun Pham, ST Son Thach, BB Tran, SOOBIN Hoang Son, Kay Tran, Trong Hieu), Thuan nuoc dop thuyen (composer: ST Son Thach, Thanh Hung, Andiez)...

"Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" is a Vietnamese adaptation of the original version Call Me By Fire owned by MangoTV (China). In Vietnam, Yeah1 Group is the only unit that owns the copyright to produce this program.

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Yeah1 Group CEO Ngo Thi Hanh Van said that after "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves", the group put a lot of effort into the program "Brother Overcoming Thousands of Challenges" by investing heavily and seriously in this program.
